He has the skills to manage and solve any technical problems in the field of environment study and currently managing projects in soil and ground water contamination with petroleum hydrocarbons and environmental impact assessment. He has been working with the Ministry of Petroleum Resources for over a decade, with special interest in Economic Evaluation of Assets, Environmental Management and the Downstream Value Chain. He was part of Nigeria’s team that developed the guidelines on management of fugitive methane in the Oil and Gas sector which was launched in 2022 at the 27th Conference of Parties (CoP27) held in Egypt, National Petroleum Policy 2017, and African Petroleum Producers Organisation (APPO) study of the future of African Oil and Gas Industry post covid-19.

He has undergone series of trainings with organizations like the International Monetary Fund (IMF), International Energy Agency and Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) etc on Macroeconomic Management in Resource Rich Countries, Energy Efficiency Indicators: Essentials for Policy makers and Multi-disciplinary Training course (MTC) respectively.
